AWTAD launched it's new initiative, Women Entrepreneurs' Brunch (WEB), in May 2009. WEB is aimed at helping business women start up and stay in business through regular social meetings with other businesswomen that serve as a venue for exchange of ideas and advice, problem-solving, and overall support. The WEB serves to foster the “You are not alone” concept that every businesswoman should find invaluable. The WEB also provides opportunities for potential business-to-business (B2B) agreements and alliances between the parties involved. All WEB members are eager to connect with other businesswomen and to share ideas and expertise; benefiting others while benefiting themselves. WEB sessions are inspirational for all, offering the opportunity for self-reflection and serving as a catalyst for change. All WEB meeting are highly interactive and involve brainstorming sessions, member case studies and problem-solving sessions, presentations by group members, and other sessions that members agree to be useful and informative.


On the professional level, the WEB is a benefit in sharing the problems and the dilemmas that each member faces in business. Because two minds are better than one, the different view points and responses about their problems offer innovative solutions. More importantly, the WEB creates huge business opportunities between its members and their networks. It's an opportunity to grow businesses and to creating new ideas and linkages between people who work in different fields.


On the personal level, the WEB support group is a great tool to mind refreshing and having a clearer mindset. The meetings are inspirational in away that help getting away all the negative energy and leave you with the motivation to go forward. The WEB also supports members in the times of critical problems, just the ability to have someone hear you even if they are not capable of solving your problem is a great way to feel protected.
