I admire the work that AWTAD is doing as it aims towards the best for the community. The potential and caliber of the staff is of a high level. I was part of the Mentoring Program Activity last summer and participated as a mentor. This promoted me to a different level; more interaction with youth to fully understand problems they vision and experience. If we do not work on our present and remain to rely on our past then there will be no future. Youth of the present are our future and that’s where the investment should be.

I am looking forward to network with people and to learn from their experiences and to share mine as well. Overall i think the Idea of AWTAD is amazing and i have a feeling that this is what we need here in Egypt and I can see that it would benefit lots of women who seek development and brighter future for them and for their kids.

Being a mentor is a very special experience for me personally. I believe it is about the ability to inspire someone younger and being a role-model for this person. Sharing your values, beliefs, life experiences, advice and skills you cultivated over the years with a younger person will affect his perception of life, increase his ability to cope with the many challenges of growing up and face difficult experiences, makes mentoring a big responsibility and yet more rewarding than one can ever imagine.

Mentoring someone you don’t know from a younger generation is very rewarding. You feel GOOD when you help someone succeed or be happier especially when you do that on a volunteer basis. It gives a great sense of purpose. Sometimes we have the desire to do something beyond our call of duty. Sometimes we want to add value to our country …Helping 1 person makes a difference…it’s not a small contribution. GIVING is beautiful, and you will certainly get back as much as you gave…sooner or later.

Work in what you love, it is never too late to switch career, just make sure you are following a clear goal.

Through the mentoring program My achievements; "Major" Magazine for: Me and my Team were able to create the magazine from articles, designs, negotiating and closing deals with advertisers to cover the cost. Tycho Designs: my advertising agency: called has managed to acquire 3 clients, also slide me up which is still under construction and That's not it, I still have 6 more projects to work on.
