SIF Mentoring Program

Established in 2008, Steps Into the Future (SIF) Mentoring Program involves one-to-one training between a highly experienced professional (mentor) and a less experienced individual (mentee), to help them understand their different career options, identify their goals, realize their aspirations and hopes, and learn how they can achieve them using their capabilities and by utilizing opportunities present in the employment market.

Through the SIF Mentoring Program, fresh graduates and seniors, embarking on a career path, are enabled to engage in a sustainable, mutually beneficial, skills-building, one-to-one mentoring partnership, that provides them with a once in a lifetime opportunity to share and learn from the invaluable experience of upper-echelon executives. The guidance, advice, support, and encouragement, that are part of the SIF Mentoring Program, provide the mentees with an extraordinary learning experience, both on a personal and professional level, that help positively shape their future.

In addition to being committed to delivering up-to-date, practical and hands-on mentoring for participants with a need to path their personal and professional career lives, the highly successful SIF Mentoring Program also aims to facilitate dialogue between generations, and promote the culture of volunteerism and reciprocity in Egypt.

Why the SIF Mentoring Program?

Our main focus is to help young people, priority will be given to women but men are also welcome, to establish a clearer perspective about their future goals and how to achieve them. This will help stabilize them in their career paths and thus give more stability to organizations. A Mentor will serve as a role model/ sounding voice to a younger mentee all through this process.
