The Mentoring Program Pilot Project was a great success as it has achieved high results and was of great benefit to both the mentors and the mentees. Through "Steps into the future" Mentoring Program, the mentees were able to identify their visions in life and were put on the road to their success. Despite the fact that each and every mentee joined had a totally different reason and aim to join the program with, all of them were able to reach their goals through the program. Some mentees were seeking the mentoring program to find the right job I their area of interest, others wanted to gain the soft skills that they lacked, and some others wanted to gain the experience in their industry of interest.
